Quite big rooms, good breakfast, have bysicle rent (8eur per day), free car parking.
No restaurant in hotel, only bar with some snacks, you'll need the car to reach desenzano or sirmione. In hotel description it seemed that it is on the lake but it is not, you must cross the street to get to some public lake beach.
